Excellent craftmanship by fitters. It would be helpful though if they spoke more English. Liniar and Smart Systems products supplied also excellent. Surveyor and sales staff were very experienced. Main problem was getting information from the office on progress of the order, lead times and installation dates. Communication/customer care here was worryingly minimal.
