As all of our thoughts are on the COVID-19 situation which is evolving rapidly, we wanted to share an update on how we are responding.
The team at Wembley Windows would like to reassure our clients that despite our current plans to operate as normal, we are monitoring and reviewing the ongoing Coronavirus situation closely, and are following the latest Public Health England and the UK Government guidelines in order to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. We are practising all recommended measures to ensure we are staying safe in the workplace and on site in your homes.
With that in mind, we won’t be sending any staff to a site where people have shown or been in contact with anyone who has displayed any of the virus symptoms. If it is the case, please do inform us and we will be delaying our site visit by at least fourteen days.
We will continue to regularly assess this developing situation and follow directives from the Government & Public Health England. Rest assured that we are taking every precaution and do our utmost to ensure our staff, families and clients are safe. As we go forward, we’ll be sure to keep you updated.
